All-in-One
About
Honestly, when I first walked up to the All-in-One on Dovestraße, I wasn't expecting much – the name sounds a bit generic, you know? But this place actually surprised me in the best way. It sits right in the heart of Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf, which is perfect if you want that local Berlin vibe without being stuck in the touristy center. You're literally a five-minute walk from the Tiergarten, and there's this amazing little Turkish bakery just around the corner that the front desk guy told me about (get the börek, trust me).
The hotel itself feels like someone took a traditional Berlin building and gave it a really thoughtful renovation. I mean, you can still hear the old wooden floors creak slightly when you walk down the hallways, but in a charming way, not an "is this place falling apart" way. My room had these huge windows that actually opened – which is rarer than you'd think in hotels these days – and the morning light just poured in. The beds are properly firm (none of that sinking-into-quicksand nonsense), and they've got this smart setup where the bathroom feels spacious even though the rooms aren't massive. What really got me was the attention to small stuff: decent water pressure, outlets where you actually need them, and – this might sound weird – but the curtains actually block out light when you want to sleep in.
The neighborhood is what really sells it though. You're close enough to Kurfürstendamm for shopping and that whole scene, but Dovestraße itself is this quiet residential street where you'll see locals walking their dogs and kids heading to school. There's a U-Bahn stop about seven minutes away, so getting around is easy, but honestly I found myself walking most places because this part of Berlin is just nice to wander through. The staff seems to get that too – they're not pushy with recommendations, but when you ask, they know their stuff. One woman at reception told me about this weekly market that happens nearby, and it ended up being one of my favorite discoveries. Parking can be a bit tricky on the street, but they've sorted out some arrangement with a garage nearby if you're driving. The 8.9 rating makes total sense when you stay here – it's not trying to be the fanciest place in Berlin, but everything just works the way it should, and you leave feeling like you actually experienced the city rather than just visiting it.
Visitors often choose Berlin apartments over traditional hotels because they provide more space, kitchen facilities, and the opportunity to live like a local in this magnificent German capital.

Excellent location, only 3 minute walk to the nearest bus station. Clean and spacious well lit apartment with informative and helpful hostess. Well equipped, nothing lacked during our stay. We’ll come back, would recommend to everyone!
Mattress could be a bit more comfortable.
Superb
Everything! It was a very nice, spacious and clean apartment! The location was very good, the bus station very close and the walking distance to Kurfusterdam or the Zoo fair enough (and also very enjoyable as you walk by the river close to the gardens). Thank you very much for everything!
I would definitely stay here if we ever find ourselves in Berlin again.
It was very clean and the apartment was quiet and quite lovely. The communication was exceptional. We loved having the balcony ( thanks for the throw blankets), and parking garage.
The WiFi signal was not strong enough to stay connected while in the apartment. While the communication was great, the apartment building was more difficult to distinguish when we arrived after dark. Which could maybe just be described better in the future, especially for foreign guests. The bed was quite firm, but that is all on preference.
Very enjoyable. apartment was very nice and cosy
grocery store next door and bus stop right out front
bath shower combo. didn't feel safe with this setup, but the hot water and pressure was awesome
Exceptional
The beautiful apartment.
Quiet apartment in a very pleasant suburb of Berlin.
This is a very good property if you want to eat in and cook for yourself, as it has a very well equipped kitchen. We only slept at the property as spent days with a relative around the corner. The apartment had pretty much everything you would need.
