Apartments Berlin Aroser Allee
About
Look, I'll be straight with you about Apartments Berlin Aroser Allee – it's one of those places that doesn't try to be fancy, and honestly, that's kind of refreshing. When I first walked into the lobby, my expectations were pretty modest given the 3-star rating, but you know what? Sometimes modest is exactly what you need in a city like Berlin where you're barely in your room anyway.
The apartment setup is actually pretty clever – I mean, having a kitchenette means you can grab groceries from one of those ubiquitous Rewe stores and save a fortune on breakfast instead of paying hotel prices for mediocre coffee and stale pastries. The rooms are clean and functional, though I won't lie, the décor screams "practical German efficiency" more than "cozy home away from home." The walls are a bit thin (welcome to Berlin apartment living), so if you're a light sleeper, pack earplugs – especially on weekends when the city really comes alive. The Wi-Fi actually works well, which is more than I can say for some of the pricier places I've stayed in the city.
What I really appreciated was how the place sits in a proper residential neighborhood rather than some touristy bubble. You'll hear actual Berliners going about their daily lives, which gives you that authentic feel that's getting harder to find. The Aroser Allee area isn't flashy, but it's well-connected – you can hop on the U-Bahn and be in Mitte or Kreuzberg without too much hassle. There's a decent döner place about a five-minute walk away (because let's face it, you're going to want döner at least twice during your Berlin stay), and the neighborhood has that lived-in quality that makes you feel less like a tourist. The 7.1 rating makes sense to me – it's not going to blow you away, but it won't disappoint either. It's solid, reliable, and gives you exactly what you pay for without any surprises. If you're the type who values location flexibility and doesn't need someone to fold your towels into swan shapes, this place will serve you well.

Although it was a code to unlock the doors, I had to call the property to activate the codes after finishing the check in procedure in their website. Luckily I had it done 3 hours before arriving to the location. Once we have the code then there is no trouble in opening.
I was still happy about this Limehome apartment for the comfort of the room, the style of the decoration and the easiness to check-in and check-out with invoice sent by email.
Kitchen well equipped Nice bathroom Comfortable bed
The apartment was very spacious and modern. The kitchen was well equipped. The bathroom was amazing - very large , modern and the shower was lovely. The apartment had a washing machine and small dishwasher which was very handy. There were a few tea bags and sugar packets offered. Although the apartment looks far away from the centre of Berlin on the map, in actual fact it is very well connected. We took one direct bus from the main train station and the bus stops is right outside the apartment. The apartment is in a residential quiet area and there is a supermarket close by within walking distance and also plenty of shops and supermarkets along the bus route. There are also some metro stations along the bus route. The hosts replied very quickly.
A spacious studio with a kitchen and a great shower. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of natural light. The apartment was relatively easy to reach from the city centre using the U-bahn +/- the bus. The check-in was automatic using a code, so we never met the hosts. The apartment is a great deal for the price, but the reason for this is the suburb.
Essential apartment in a quiet neighborhood.
The kitchenette, good amount of space, great bed. Nice Italian restaurant in walking distance.
its survivable for a short stay, 1 or 2 days max.
