2 Bedroom Apartment (ABEMI)
About
First Impressions
Walking up to 2 Bedroom Apartment (ABEMI) on Perleberger Straße, you'll notice it sits right in the heart of Mitte — honestly, the location alone makes this three-star spot worth considering. The building has that typical Berlin charm, nothing flashy but solid and welcoming. I mean, you're not getting marble lobbies here, but there's something refreshing about a place that focuses on the essentials rather than trying to impress with unnecessary frills.
The Neighborhood
Here's what I love about this area — you're actually living like a local in one of Berlin's most dynamic districts. Mitte means "middle" in German, and that's exactly where you are, right in the center of everything that matters. The nearby streets buzz with that authentic Berlin energy, cafes tucked into corners, and you know what? You can walk to major attractions without feeling like you're staying in a tourist bubble. Recent guests have been rating the location at 8.1, and honestly, I get it — there's something special about being able to explore the city on foot from here.
The Space
The two-bedroom setup works brilliantly, especially if you're traveling as a couple or with friends. You get that apartment feel rather than the typical cramped hotel room experience — there's actually space to spread out and live a bit. The kitchen lets you grab groceries from local markets (which, trust me, is half the fun in Berlin) and prepare your own meals when you want a break from restaurant hopping. It's not going to win design awards, but everything you need is there, and the layout makes sense.
What Makes It Work
The thing about 2 Bedroom Apartment (ABEMI) is that it gets the fundamentals right without any pretense. Couples seem to particularly love this place — there's something about having your own little Berlin base that feels more intimate than a standard hotel room. The apartment style means you can actually unpack and settle in, which makes a difference when you're staying more than just a night or two. Plus, being in Mitte means you're connected to the rest of the city by excellent public transport, though you'll probably find yourself walking more than you expected.
Why Guests Love It
Look, this isn't about fancy amenities or over-the-top service — it's about location, space, and value. The 7-point rating reflects exactly what you'd expect: a solid, no-nonsense place to stay in one of Berlin's best neighborhoods. Guests consistently mention how much they appreciate being able to experience Berlin like residents rather than tourists passing through. When you can walk out your door and immediately feel connected to the city's rhythm, well, that's worth more than a fancy lobby any day.
Apartments in Berlin suit families with full kitchens, quiet Prenzlauer Berg side streets, and evening strolls along the Spree promenade.

The apartment is in a good location(close to all the tourist attractions) and also a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. It was very also clean and comfortable.
The place was very clean and I am fussy about these things. Beds were comfortable. There was a lot of space and it had everything we needed. It was close to the centre as well as to the conference I was attending. It was really close to some food places and a Lidl so we found it easy to get settled in. I hope to go to the conference again and would definitely try to stay again due to how convenient it was and how helpful the host and staff were.
Separate bedrooms, proximity to bus station and the central station.
Nice and central

The rooms are spacious and the location is great.
Everything you need
Vriendelijke eigenaars.
