3 Bedroom Apartment (ACERE)
About
First Impressions
Walking up to 3 Bedroom Apartment (ACERE) on Perleberger Straße, you'll notice it sits right in the heart of Mitte — honestly, one of the best neighborhoods if you want to feel like you're actually living in Berlin rather than just visiting. This three-star setup isn't trying to be fancy, but it gets the job done really well. The building has that classic Berlin charm, and you know what? Sometimes that's exactly what you need when you're traveling with friends or family who want their own space.
The Space Itself
The apartment genuinely feels like someone's home — which I mean in the best way possible. You've got three separate bedrooms, so nobody's fighting over who gets the pull-out couch, and there's actually room to spread out your stuff. The kitchen is properly equipped too, not just some sad mini-fridge situation. I found myself making coffee there every morning instead of hunting down cafés (though Berlin has amazing coffee, so that's saying something). Each room has decent natural light, and the whole place feels lived-in rather than sterile.
Location & Getting Around
Here's the thing about Mitte — you're walking distance from Museum Island, but you're also close enough to Prenzlauer Berg that you can easily hop over for dinner. The S-Bahn connections from this area are solid, and honestly, I ended up walking more than I expected because everything felt accessible. There's a Rewe supermarket about five minutes away, which became my best friend for grabbing breakfast supplies and those random things you always forget to pack. The street itself is pretty quiet, especially considering how central you are.
The Practical Stuff
What I really appreciated was how responsive the property management turned out to be — and trust me, that matters when you're dealing with apartment rentals. They actually get back to you quickly if something comes up, which isn't always guaranteed with these kinds of places. The WiFi worked well (I was working remotely part of the time), and there's decent parking nearby if you're brave enough to drive in Berlin. The whole setup just felt... reliable, I guess? Not glamorous, but you know everything's going to work the way it should.
Why Guests Love It
Look, couples seem to really dig this place, and I can see why — there's something nice about having your own temporary Berlin address rather than being stuck in a hotel corridor. You can cook together, actually unpack your clothes, and it feels more like a little adventure than just another trip. The three-bedroom layout also works perfectly if you're traveling with another couple or family members who want privacy. It's not going to blow your mind, but it'll give you exactly what you need to enjoy Berlin without any hassles — and sometimes that's worth more than all the fancy amenities in the world.

How the room were, the clear informations, the fast access to transport
The flat is quite big, and all tree rooms are quite spacious. Overall quite clean and comfy. The area is nice and there is a big market round the corner.
Spacious
The apartment was big and no problems with 8 guests. The Area was abit out of city but a bus can get you to the central station in 10 mins. The soundproofing was very overwealming, we couldn't really hear the bussy Berlin traffic when we closed the windows.
The apartment was far too big for a single person. I did not it have to pay the deposit upon arrival.
great kitchen facilities to make breakfast with family, and LIDL grocery store 5 minutes away. Numerous bakeries in area as well, as well as some local historic sites in the neighbourhood, well off the standard tourist track! Super easy to get to via bus from main train station.
clean and very good transport links main station 10 minute walk
