About

First Impressions

The BusinessQuartier Berlin sits in the Marzahn-Hellersdorf district, and honestly, it's not where most tourists end up — which is actually part of its charm. This three-star property feels more like a well-kept secret than a flashy hotel, tucked away on Am Feldberg where you'll find plenty of space to breathe. The building has that clean, modern German efficiency you'd expect, without trying too hard to impress anyone. It's the kind of place that prioritizes substance over style, offering straightforward comfort for travelers who value practicality.

Location & Getting Around

Look, Marzahn-Hellersdorf isn't Mitte or Prenzlauer Berg, but that's exactly why it works for certain travelers. You're about 30 minutes from central Berlin by public transport, which means you get the best of both worlds — easy access to the city's main attractions without the tourist crowds right outside your door. The area feels authentically residential, and I mean that in a good way. You'll see actual Berliners going about their daily lives, not just other visitors taking selfies. This location offers a genuine glimpse into how locals experience the city.

The Room Experience

The room I stayed in was surprisingly spacious for what you'd typically expect in Berlin. Clean lines, functional furniture, and everything you need without unnecessary frills. The beds are comfortable enough, and the Wi-Fi actually works reliably — something that shouldn't be noteworthy but unfortunately still is in some places. What really stood out was how quiet it gets at night; being away from the main tourist areas means you can actually get some proper sleep. Natural light floods the space, creating an inviting atmosphere.

Practical Perks

Here's where the BusinessQuartier really shines — they offer free private parking on site, which is honestly a game-changer if you're driving in Berlin. Anyone who's tried to find affordable parking in the city center knows what a relief this is. The staff speaks decent English and German, obviously, and they're genuinely helpful without being overly formal about it. There's also a small business center that's actually useful if you need to print boarding passes or handle some quick work stuff. These thoughtful touches make a real difference for business travelers and leisure guests alike.

Why Guests Love It

Couples seem to particularly appreciate this place, and I can see why — it's got that relaxed, no-pressure atmosphere that's perfect when you want to explore Berlin at your own pace. You're not paying for amenities you won't use, but you're getting solid value for what matters: a clean, comfortable base with easy city access. The neighborhood has some decent local spots for dinner too, which means you can experience Berlin beyond the typical tourist bubble. It's not going to wow you with fancy amenities, but sometimes that's exactly what you want — just a reliable, well-located place to rest between adventures. The BusinessQuartier delivers on its promise of straightforward hospitality.

Clean; room itself was fine. Unfortunately, there was too much noise and it was necessary to keep the windows open because there’s no air conditioning.

Best hotel, it gives us positive vibes, room was awesome, everything was in order. Highly recommend this hotel. Only issue was location. It's far from main berlin city.

Es ist kein Hotel, sondern eine Unterkunft. Ich hatte Zimmer 1. Hab mich aber trotzdem dort sehr wohl gefühlt und es ist modern eingerichtet. Würde dort wieder buchen.
