Look, I've stayed in plenty of apartments around Berlin, and this place on Dahlmannstraße actually surprised me in the best way. When you first walk in, it feels way more spacious than you'd expect – that 80 square meters is real space, not the cramped "cozy" nonsense you sometimes get. The owner clearly put thought into the layout, and honestly, it shows. Everything you need is there without feeling cluttered, which is harder to pull off than it sounds.
What really sold me on this spot is the location. I mean, you're basically a five-minute walk from Ku'damm, but you're tucked away on this quieter residential street that locals actually live on. You know what I love about Charlottenburg? It's got that proper Berlin vibe without the tourist circus you get in Mitte. There's this great bakery around the corner – I think it's on Kantstraße – where you can grab proper German bread for breakfast, and the whole neighborhood has this lived-in feel that makes you want to stick around and explore. The U-Bahn connections are solid too (Adenauerplatz is your friend), so you're not stuck out in the suburbs even though it feels residential.
The apartment itself is well thought out – the kitchen actually works for cooking real meals, not just reheating takeout, and the bathroom has decent water pressure, which honestly matters more than people admit. I stayed there during a pretty busy week in summer, and while you can hear some street noise during the day, it settles down nicely in the evenings. The building's got character too, that old Berlin architecture that makes you feel like you're staying somewhere with history, not some generic hotel box. Sure, it's not brand new and shiny, but that 8.2 rating makes sense – it's the kind of place that delivers on what it promises without trying to be something it's not. If you want to feel like you're actually living in Berlin for a few days rather than just visiting, this is the sort of spot that gets it right.

Great localization. Quiet street, restaurants and groceries are nearby. Plenty of place inside, yet fully equipped flat. Have been there with 4 people and it was really comfy. Definitely recommend!

Great location, close to train station. Staff very helpful and friendly. Comfortable and had everything we needed. Plenty of space.
Sofa bed was a little uneven. Could do with more oven trays. Towel rail in toilet was a little loose.
A good choise
The host came and greeted us when we arrived. We got some good tips from the hosts, who were really nice and friendly. The apartment was spacious, clean and really goodly equipped. The small details were very pleasant. The beds were really comfortable. The situation was also good. The public transport stations were close.
We had difficulties to find a free parking spot near the apartment when we arrived. Maybe some blinder curtains would be nice in the bedroom baceuse it was too bright in the morning.

The apartment was really cozy and well equipped with great location. The owner answered quickly to all our questions before arrival, during our stay we do not have necessary to contact with him. Easy check in and check out. Everything was perfect and highly recommend to everyone to book this accommodation.

Vi accoglierà Marta, simpatica e disponibile nello spiegarvi tutto quello di cui potreste aver bisogno! Posizione ottima, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione della S-Bahn di Charlottenburg (per noi fondamentale per raggiungere in tempi brevi Messe Berlin viaggiando per Fruit Logistica). L'appartamento è una soluzione comoda viaggiando in famiglia e adattandosi un po'. Comodo per 3 persone, 1 camera matrimoniale e 1 letto da 1 piazza e mezza singolo incassato a muro come nelle foto. C'è un bagno solo, ma è diviso in 2: wc con lavandino e lavandino con doccia/vasca il che ha reso più facile la condivisione del bagno. soggiorno/cucina ampia e spaziosa. Riscaldamento ok, asciugamani e lenzuola presenti. In dotazione il phon e un ferro da stiro.
L'unica pecca che abbiamo trovato è la serratura della porta dell'appartamento, non siamo stati gli unici a cui è capitato di lasciare le chiavi nella serratura durante la notte, uscendo le abbiamo dimenticate ed essendo una serratura vecchia non si riusciva più ad aprire la porta con l'altro mazzo di chiavi. Abbiamo scritto ad Hadrian (il proprietario) che ha organizzato l'uscita di un tecnico per riaprire la porta, abbiamo pagato noi gli 80€ e riaperto la porta senza danni. Hadrian sta già considerando di cambiare la serratura!
