limehome Berlin Müllerstraße – Digital Access
About
Honestly, when I first heard "digital access," I wasn't sure what to expect – turns out it just means you get a code to enter instead of fumbling with key cards, which is actually pretty convenient when you're dragging luggage around. This limehome spot on Müllerstraße sits right in the heart of Wedding, and I mean, it's not the prettiest neighborhood in Berlin, but that's exactly why it works if you want to experience the city like locals do rather than tourists.
The building itself has that typical Berlin apartment block vibe – nothing fancy from the outside, but once you're inside, everything's been updated with clean lines and that minimalist Scandinavian-meets-German efficiency thing going on. The rooms are more like small apartments really, with proper kitchenettes that actually have full-size fridges (rare in European hotels, trust me). I appreciated having real counter space and decent lighting – you know how hotel lighting usually makes you look half-dead? Not here. The beds are firm in that European way, and honestly, after walking around Berlin all day, you'll sleep fine. Street noise can be a thing since Müllerstraße gets busy during the day, but it quiets down at night, and there are decent windows that help.
What I really liked about staying here is that you're genuinely in a neighborhood where Berliners actually live and work. There's this Turkish bakery two blocks down that opens crazy early and makes the best börek – way better than anything you'll find near Brandenburg Gate. The U-Bahn connection at Leopoldplatz is maybe a seven-minute walk, and from there you can get pretty much anywhere in the city without transfers. Wedding's got this interesting mix happening – still affordable compared to Mitte or Prenzlauer Berg, but you can feel it changing. There are these little coffee shops popping up between the döner places and traditional German bakeries. It's Berlin in transition, which honestly feels more authentic than staying somewhere completely gentrified. The 8.4 rating makes sense – it's not luxury, but everything works well, it's clean, the digital check-in actually saves time, and you're paying probably half what you'd spend for similar quality in the touristy areas. Just don't expect room service or a concierge, because this is more like borrowing a friend's well-designed apartment for a few days.

The location
I love the room cleanand cute
The room is clean and has enough space and all what you need. Location is great. Next to the train station, supermarket, a nice coffee place for breakfast and many good places to eat.
Comfortable and quiet apartment with facilities for cooking and access to washing machines and dryers. Easy to find and get into the building, easy access to public transportation.
Enjoy stay, easy access
New, nice modern decoration, decent sized room, hot shower. The codes let you in and the lifts and Automatic doors allowed movement. This is a well thought out Aparthotel
Location and cleanliness
The location wasn't quite where we expected - we were in Wedding, not Mitte, as the booking.com reference stated. This wasn't a big problem but not what he expected.
Great place! Really clean !
