You know what else? They keep the building entrance understated (there's just a small sign), which means you're not constantly dealing with lost tourists asking for directions. The 8.2 rating makes sense once you've stayed here – it's not trying to be the Ritz, but for what it is, they've nailed it. The cleaning staff is thorough, the internet actually works for video calls, and check-in was smooth even when I arrived early on a Sunday.
