It's residential enough that you're not dealing with tourist crowds stumbling past your windows at 2 AM, but you're still close enough to everything that matters. I mean, sure, it's not going to win any architectural awards from the outside – pretty standard Berlin building – but once you're inside, it feels surprisingly spacious for what you're paying. The two bedrooms are legit bedrooms too, not those weird converted spaces where someone just threw up a curtain and called it a day.
What I really appreciated was how lived-in it felt without being worn down, if that makes sense. The kitchen actually has proper counter space (rare find in European rentals, trust me), and they've got those little touches that show someone cares – decent coffee setup, proper hangers in the closets, shower pressure that doesn't make you question your life choices. The whole place sleeps four comfortably, though honestly, if you're traveling with four adults, just know you'll be sharing one bathroom. Not a dealbreaker, but worth mentioning. I stayed there during a pretty busy week in the city, and while you can hear some street noise during the day, it settles down nicely in the evenings. The 8.6 rating makes total sense once you've been there a few days – it's not luxury, but it's solid and reliable in a way that actually matters when you're trying to enjoy your trip instead of dealing with accommodation drama. Plus, and this might sound weird, but the WiFi was genuinely good, which... let's just say that's not always a given with these neighborhood places.

The location is great. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood, close to places of interest and public transportation. The supermarket is just across the street and there are two more just in a few minutes walk. The property is spacious and well maintained. The bathroom with the toilet and the shower cabin is clean and spacious.

Nice apartment with good facilities. Very close to river and the big Charlottenburg Park. The host was very responsive and friendly.
Property has all the amenities/facilities you'd expect at home. Property is clean and G/F location gives you easy access. Exchange of keys was easy and flexible. Lots of eateries in nearby 'mini China town' and plenty of supermarkets aswell,

Clean and spacious. Quite neighborhood. Close to a river and few blocks away from Schlossgarten Charlottenburg. I didnt realize it was far from downtown Berlin but being near to public transportation was a plus.
An excellent location for a short-term stay. The apartment was very clean, well-equipped and worth the money. The apartment is on the ground floor with large windows to the street. So, you might become a bit dark if you close the curtains...perhaps not for everyone...would clearly book again.
We were met in person by nice and kind agent, he waited for us although our flight was delayed. The flat is nice and clean. Bedroom with comfortable double bed and windows facing the courtyard provides a good night sleep. Kitchenette has everything needed to prepare your own food. Its an absolutely lovely walk along the river nearby. We loved the flat, felt like home.
