Urbn Dreams
About
You know what struck me first about Urbn Dreams? The name actually makes sense once you walk in – it's got this really thoughtful, almost artsy vibe that feels deliberately curated without being pretentious about it. I mean, sure, it's technically a 3-star place, but honestly, that 8.8 rating tells the real story here. Someone's clearly putting effort into the details that matter.
The lobby has this interesting mix of industrial touches and cozy elements – exposed brick in some spots, but then these really comfortable seating areas where you actually want to hang out (not just rush through to the elevators). Check-in was surprisingly smooth, and the staff seemed to genuinely know their stuff about the neighborhood rather than just rattling off the usual tourist traps. I appreciated that. The rooms themselves are well... they're not huge, but they're smart. Everything feels intentional, from the lighting that actually works for reading to outlets placed where you'd actually use them. The beds are properly comfortable – I'm talking about that sweet spot where you sink in just enough without feeling like you're fighting your way out in the morning.
What really won me over, though, was how the place handles the little things. The WiFi actually works throughout the building (revolutionary, I know), and there's this communal area on one of the upper floors with big windows where you can spread out with your laptop if your room feels too cramped. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle – there's some street parking that turns over regularly, but honestly, I'd recommend asking at the front desk about their partner garage down the block. It'll save you the headache of circling around. The neighborhood gets pretty lively on weekends (in a good way, mostly), so if you're a super light sleeper, maybe pack earplugs or request a room facing away from the main drag. But here's the thing – that energy is also part of what makes staying here feel authentic rather than sterile. You're actually in the city, not just visiting it from some corporate hotel bubble. I found myself grabbing coffee at this little place around the corner that locals clearly frequent, and there's a really solid late-night spot two blocks over that the front desk guy mentioned (and he was right about their sandwiches). It's the kind of place where you end up having better stories to tell because you're staying somewhere with actual personality.

Great, but little bit confusing about where (which floor and ap.it is).
The bed was incredibly comfortable with lush linen! We really appreciated the little touches such as the honesty bar (they had some great bottles of wine to choose from) nice soaps and dimmable lighting. The check in process was easy!
Property is damn good.
very nice and tasteful room decoration
Great location and ideal property for a short trip to Berlin for the marathon - tram at the end of the road for a short trip into the city centre
Great location, with lot of cafes, restaurants and interesting shops close by.
The property was easy to find and easy to get into. The rooms were a good size, clean, adequately furnished and cosy. The beds were very comfortable and inside the property was amazingly quiet for a residential area. Would happily recommend to friends and family to stay here if they are visiting Berlin.
The location is very good, to get to the city centre we mainly used the M2 train line which operates everyday. It's a very convenient place for a short stay, equipped with comfortable beds.
Beautifully appointed. Quiet inner courtyard location. Close to mass transit.
It was very quiet and we all slept well. Lots of places to eat nearby.
