I stayed there during Fashion Week and even with all the chaos in the city center, coming back to this quiet street felt like having a proper Berlin address rather than just visiting. The building's got this relaxed vibe where the staff actually seem to enjoy their jobs, and parking (if you're driving) isn't the nightmare it is in most of central Berlin.
