Arbio I Apartmently Studios & Apartments
About
You know what struck me first about Arbio I Apartmently Studios & Apartments? The name's a bit of a mouthful, honestly, but don't let that throw you off – this little 3-star spot actually delivers more than you'd expect for the price point. I mean, when you're dealing with aparthotel-style accommodations, you're usually rolling the dice between "pleasantly surprised" and "well, you get what you pay for," but this place lands solidly in the former camp.
The whole setup feels more like staying in a friend's well-kept apartment than a typical hotel room, which is exactly what you want from this type of place. The studios have that lived-in comfort without feeling worn down – think clean lines, functional kitchenettes that actually work (I've been burned by those sad excuse hotplates before), and enough space to spread out your stuff without playing Tetris with your luggage. The apartments are where things get really comfortable though, especially if you're planning to stay more than just a night or two. There's something refreshing about having a proper fridge and the option to make your own coffee in the morning instead of hunting down the nearest café – though let me tell you, the local coffee scene is definitely worth exploring too.
What really sells me on this place is how the staff seems to actually care about getting the details right. Check-in was smooth, no weird surprises about fees or policies that weren't mentioned upfront, and they're genuinely helpful with local recommendations without that overly rehearsed concierge vibe. The 7.5 rating makes perfect sense when you think about it – it's not trying to be some boutique experience with Instagram-worthy lobby installations, but it nails the fundamentals that actually matter when you're traveling. The beds are comfortable, the Wi-Fi doesn't cut out every ten minutes, and the bathrooms have decent water pressure. Sometimes that's exactly what you need, you know? Plus, the whole aparthotel concept means you can settle in for longer stays without feeling like you're camping out in a generic hotel box, which is pretty clutch if you're in town for work or doing that slow-travel thing. I'd definitely book here again, particularly for those trips where you want a reliable home base without the fuss.

Great location and perfect room! We loved the lighting and the balcony!
Our stay worked really well for our visit to Berlin. A vibrant neighbourhood, close to metro. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable and worked well for our family of four. Was great being on the corner with great street views from the windows.
Great location, calm.
