Okay, so BIG 7RMS City Central Loft isn't going to win any design awards, but honestly? It might be exactly what you need if you're planning to actually explore Berlin instead of hiding in your hotel room. The name's a bit clunky - I mean, who decided on that capitalization situation? - but the location on Kurfürstenstrasse is pretty solid. You're right in Mitte, which sounds fancy until you realize it just means "middle" in German, but hey, sometimes being in the middle of things is exactly the point.
The building itself has that slightly worn-around-the-edges vibe that somehow works in Berlin. You know what I'm talking about - not shabby exactly, but lived-in. The loft setup actually delivers on space, which is refreshing after all those European hotel rooms where you bump into the wall when you open your suitcase. Seven rooms sounds like a lot until you're there and realize it's more like a large apartment that's been cleverly divided up. The industrial touches (exposed brick here and there, high ceilings) feel authentic rather than trendy-for-the-sake-of-it. Check-in was straightforward enough, though don't expect a marble lobby with fresh orchids - this is more of a "here's your key, WiFi password is on the fridge" kind of place.
What really works about this spot is how it sits in the neighborhood. Walk five minutes in any direction and you'll hit something worth seeing - the Brandenburg Gate if you're feeling touristy, or just wander toward Potsdamer Platz if you want to people-watch with a coffee. The U-Bahn connections are honestly pretty great; you can get to Kreuzberg or Prenzlauer Berg without the whole ordeal of transfers and confused map-staring. Parking's typical Berlin chaos (good luck with that), but the public transport more than makes up for it. Street noise varies - some nights you'll hear the occasional late-night reveler, but it's not the kind of noise that'll keep you up unless you're an incredibly light sleeper. The 7.3 rating feels about right, actually - it's not trying to be the Ritz, and that works in its favor. You get clean sheets, decent water pressure, and enough space to spread out your stuff without feeling like you're living in a closet. For the price point in this part of Berlin, that's honestly not bad at all.

Convenient location, comfortable, good value for money for groups.
Great location. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was perfect for a group of nine.
Some of the facilities need an upgrade, and I have shared my feedback with the hosts. Shower doors don’t really keep the water in, dining chairs were wobbly. Hopefully these bits will be addressed and sorted. For what you pay though, it’s pretty good. Also, and hopefully this is temporary, the lobby is not carpeted, there’s just underlay taped to the floor which could be a bit of a trip hazard.
Good value for money
The noise insolation was top notch, if you're a light sleeper this is a great place.
The host takes their time to respond, we were with 9 people and asked for an additional set of keys and got a response that they didn't see the message two days in to the stay period. The moment we've stepped in to the apartment, one of the rooms had a window fully open which was not closing (needed to manually fix it myself) and we got the same response as to the question about the additional set of keys. There are two showers that do not work properly simultaneously, if one is running expect cold water in the other one. The instructions for wifi were non-existent and router was nowhere to be found, even though the description says the wifi is available. That being said, it's good value for money as those are minor things compared to the price you pay (relative to Berlin pricing).

Perfect size for our group of 10 people
It was advertised as having air conditioning but only fans were available. For an extended stay for a large group it would have been nice to have extra toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags provided. As well as a broom or mop

The apartment was huge, had great bed space and a big social area and a large dining table and cooking facilities. The location of the apartment was perfect, it was central you could walk into the centre of Berlin or get public transport.
The pillows on the bed were a little uncomfortable but it wasn’t a huge issue as there were extra pillows provided.

Property does not provide a bill. I had to contact Booking.com to try to make them provide me with a bill to get reimbursement from my employer. Do not use if you're travelling for work!

The flat was big and had a good location
The flat was dirty, there was a bad smell in the bathrooms, stains on the sheets, towels and couch. There were holes on the walls and on the heating covers. In general it looks like someone started to work in it and try to renovate it but gave up after 5 min. The kitchen is very dated and doesn't have a dishwasher (from the pictures we assumed it did, it turned out it's a mix of pictures from 2 different flats). Bathrooms were described as ensuit but both were in the hall. The noise from the street was very loud till very late / early morning. On the day of our arrival they messaged me that we are not allowed to be loud or make loud noises or party (we weren't planning to BUT it's a flat for a big group of people and you could say that when we booked it - so we still could cancel, not on the day of our arrival) Generally don't recommend it, it was definitely not worth our money...

J’ai du demandé à de multiples reprises une facture et ne l’ai obentue qu’après avoir insisté lourdement auprès de l’établissement et avec l’aide de booking.com. Je ne avais besoin pour me faire rembourser le séjour auprès de mon employeur. Une vraie galère qui m’a fait passer 4 très mauvaises semaines.

O Eugen foi impecável. A casa era enorme, imensos quartos. Tudo limpo e quente também! 2 casas de banho essenciais pois éramos 7. Recomendamos!
Prima Unterkunft für große Gruppe in zentraler Lage.
Super zentrale Lage, gut erreichbar, ausreichend Platz für eine große Gruppe. Sowohl zum schlafen als auch zum gemeinsam sitzen. Wir hatten ein Team Meeting mit elf Personen und es war groß genug. Viele Doppelzimmer und zwei Bäder haben für uns gut gepasst. Im Wohnzimmer kann man an zwei Tischen oder einem großen oder auf großem Sofa sitzen und sich auch in kleinere Gruppen teilen.
Die Küche ist sehr klein, gemeinsam kochen für eine große Gruppe entsprechend schwierig. Wenn darauf nicht das Hauptaugenmerk liegt, aber kein Problem, da alles Nötige vorhanden ist. Zwei scharfe Küchenmesser und zwei Geschirrtücher mehr wären perfekt.
