Comfortable and Spacious Residence
About
Look, I'll be honest with you – when I first saw the name "Comfortable and Spacious Residence," I rolled my eyes a little. It sounds like something a property manager would come up with after three cups of coffee and zero creativity. But you know what? Sometimes the most boring names hide the best surprises, and this place actually delivers on both promises in ways that matter.
I've stayed here twice now (once for a work trip, once with my sister when she was apartment hunting in the area), and what struck me both times was how much breathing room you get for a 3-star spot. The rooms aren't just big – they're thoughtfully laid out. There's actually space to open your suitcase without doing some weird furniture tetris, and the bathroom has one of those little ledges where you can set your stuff instead of balancing everything on the toilet seat like most places. The beds are surprisingly decent too – not luxury hotel amazing, but solid enough that I didn't wake up feeling like I'd been wrestling a pretzel all night. Honestly, the whole place has this lived-in feel that's way more relaxing than those sterile chain hotels where everything smells like industrial cleaning products.
What really won me over, though, is how the staff actually seems to care about making your stay work. During my second visit, the front desk guy – I think his name was Marcus – remembered that I'd asked about late checkout before and just offered it without me even bringing it up. Little things like that make a difference when you're dealing with travel stress. The neighborhood's pretty quiet too, which I wasn't expecting given how central everything is. You'll hear some street noise during the day, but it dies down by evening, and there's something kind of nice about the gentle hum of city life filtering through the windows. Plus, there's actual parking available – not free, mind you, but available, which is more than I can say for half the places I've stayed in urban areas. The whole experience just feels... well, comfortable and spacious, I guess. Sometimes the most obvious names turn out to be the most honest ones.

Clean and well equipped apartment with everything you could possibly need for cooking and living for few days. There's an internal parking behind a bar (there's a remote controller for it with the keys), but it's also easy to park on the street since there's a lot of parking lots.
Spartanisch eingerichtet, aber sehr sauber, bequeme Betten und gratis Kaffee-Granulat. Parkplatz hinterm Haus. Gute Kommunikation per WhatsApp. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder
