Parking can be tricky (this is Berlin, after all), but they have a garage, though it'll cost you extra. Check-in was smooth, even when I arrived early, and they stored my bags without any fuss. For the price point and that 8.7 rating, I get it – this isn't a luxury experience, but it's exactly what you want when you're spending most of your time exploring the city anyway.
