enjoy hotel Berlin City Messe
About
So I've stayed at the enjoy hotel Berlin City Messe a handful of times now, and honestly? It's one of those places that grows on you. First impression walking up Rudolstädter Straße – it's definitely not flashy, but there's something refreshingly straightforward about it. The building has that clean, modern German efficiency thing going on without trying too hard to impress anyone.
What I actually love about this spot is how it sits in Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf. You're not in the touristy chaos of Mitte, but you're also not stuck in some boring business district. There's this great Turkish bakery literally two blocks down that does incredible börek in the mornings, and if you walk maybe ten minutes toward Fehrbelliner Platz, you hit this lovely stretch of cafés that locals actually frequent. The U-Bahn connection is solid too – Blissestraße station gets you pretty much anywhere without the transfer headaches you get from some other neighborhoods.
The rooms themselves are... well, they're exactly what you'd expect from a solid 3-star place. Clean sheets that smell like proper detergent, decent water pressure (which honestly matters more than people admit), and windows that actually open – you know how rare that's becoming? I mean, it's not going to win any design awards, but everything works. The Wi-Fi is reliable, the beds are firm without being punishing, and there's enough space to spread out your stuff without feeling cramped. One thing that surprised me the first time was how quiet it gets at night, even though you're still properly in the city. The street isn't a major thoroughfare, so you don't get that constant traffic hum that can drive you crazy in other parts of Berlin.
Check-in is usually pretty smooth – the front desk staff speaks solid English and they're genuinely helpful, not just going through the motions. They actually know the neighborhood and can point you toward decent dinner spots that aren't tourist traps. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle if you're driving (street parking fills up fast in the evenings), but honestly, you probably don't need a car here anyway.
Look, this isn't the kind of place you book for Instagram photos or to impress anyone. But if you want a clean, comfortable base in a genuinely nice part of Berlin without paying premium prices, it totally delivers. The 7.3 rating feels about right – it's good at what it does without any major surprises, positive or negative. I keep coming back because it just... works. Sometimes that's exactly what you need.

Very good
General atmosphere
Very good
Good place to stay if your car doesn't have the green sticker, there's a big parking lot opposite to the hotel and there are railway stations less than 10 mins away.
Lack of electric kettle or a shared kitchen space.
Very good
Nice price
Location is not that good. Without car is a problem
quiet location overall, nice and clean and provided comfortable three bed room.
great breakfast. room was clean.
smokers were talking late outside our open window. no USB plugs by bed.
It was ok I would not recommend
Clean and Tidy
My room was on the 7th floor the room window opened fully inwards this is a major H&Safety issue especially if a child was left unattended
excellent value, but some light pollution
excellent price! 50 euro for a room with ensuite is usually unheard of.
curtains were not really blackout, so the room was always quite light. also no proper bedside lamp.
Good
The mattresses are comfortable to sleep on
I don't like the fact that they put two separate beds together in a double bed. There is no room with a double bed in the entire hotel. I also think that there should be refrigerators for drinks in the room.
safe area, short walk to public transportation, very quiet area, very friendly staff, great coffee.
great coffee, room was very clean, bathroom was somehow clean, sink not the cleanest, shower is clogged and collect water while showering, shower bath is chipped at the corner, needs better cleaning, but not bad.
the sofa bed was not comfortable, matres was put directly on floor, no dark curtains
Good value for money and short stay
Cleanliness, good position, nice staff
From pictures expecting a little bit bigger room
