Louisa’s Place
About
You know what really gets me about Louisa's Place? It's one of those hotels that somehow manages to feel like you're staying at your most well-traveled aunt's house – if your aunt happened to have impeccable taste and a staff that actually cares whether you sleep well. I'll be honest, when I first pulled up, I wasn't sure what to expect. The entrance is understated in that way that either means "elegant restraint" or "we forgot to hire a decorator," but thankfully it's definitely the former.
The thing is, this place gets the details right in ways that surprise you throughout your stay. Like, the woman at check-in – Maria, I think – actually remembered my name when I passed by the next morning, which sounds small but honestly made my whole day better. And the rooms... well, they've clearly put thought into what people actually need. The lighting doesn't make you look like you're dying (you know how hotel bathrooms can be), there's enough outlets that you're not playing musical chairs with your devices, and the bed is firm enough that you don't feel like you're sinking into quicksand but soft enough that you'll sleep past your alarm. The shower pressure is solid too, which – let's be real – can make or break a hotel experience.
What really sold me on Louisa's Place, though, is how it feels during different parts of the day. Mornings are genuinely peaceful – you can hear birds instead of traffic, and there's this subtle coffee smell that drifts through the common areas that makes you want to linger over breakfast instead of rushing out. Evenings have this warm, lived-in feeling where you might actually want to hang out in the lobby with a drink instead of hiding in your room. The staff seems to understand the rhythm of the place too; they're around when you need them but never hovering. I mean, that 8.7 rating makes sense when you stay there – it's the kind of place that does almost everything well without trying too hard to impress you. Sure, it's got that five-star designation, but it wears it lightly, if that makes sense. You leave feeling like you discovered something good rather than like you just paid for someone else's idea of luxury.

Very convenient location next to variety of public transport, restaurants, cafés, pharmacy, etc. Spacious suite (2 adults, 1 teenage, 1 pre-school) - 1 decent bedroom and 1 big living room with very comfortable extendable sofa for our children. Nice kitchen accessible both from the living room and from the balcony, which on its part also accessible by the bedroom. The bathroom was enormous, access from corridor which allowed to be used by anyone w/o need to disturb someone sleeping. Staff was also very polite and helpful over our stay.
Always found free time when extending
Super clean, spacious, comfortable. Great kitchen, and nice view from the balcony .
The staff was amazing and very helpful. The building and the rooms are very beautiful and unique.
Luisa’s place was amazing, seriously the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We loved it.
Beautiful well maintained apartment in a great location.
room is amazing! Staff super nice and helpful. Really nice terrace and sauna.
We liked it all, but specificailly The staff is excellent, super attentive. We travel a lot but but were pleasently surprised by the staff especially. The rooms are large and roomy. Perfect for families Our room even had a kitchen which was nice for the kids we could have snacks in here (there's also a mini bar)s Pool/Spa area was very nice and kept clean and with clean towels. Attention to details such as fresh apples and Lime/lemon water in the "pool bar" were nice touches. Breakfast was delicious and since we were there over Easter, the hotel decorated with Easter-bunny chocolates at the table (and hung Easter Eggs by our room door on Easter Sunday - nice touch).
Location. Big rooms. Swimming pool
Breakfast was very complete with a very big variety . Cleanliness , very spacious suites .
