numa I Novela Rooms & Apartments
About
You know what struck me first about numa I Novela? It's got this refreshingly honest approach to hospitality that you don't see much anymore. I mean, they've stripped away all the pretentious lobby theater and just focused on giving you a really solid place to crash – whether that's in one of their hotel rooms or the apartment-style setups they've got going on.
The whole concept is pretty clever, actually. They're doing this hybrid thing where you get the flexibility of an apartment (hello, kitchenette and actual living space) but with the reliability of a proper hotel behind it. Check-in was smooth as butter – none of that awkward fumbling around with lockboxes or trying to coordinate with some random host. The staff genuinely seems to know their stuff, and honestly, after dealing with some questionable Airbnb situations lately, that peace of mind is worth its weight in gold. The rooms themselves have this clean, minimalist vibe that somehow manages to feel cozy rather than sterile. There's enough space to actually unpack your suitcase (revolutionary concept, I know), and the kitchenette setup means you're not completely at the mercy of restaurant hours when you want a decent cup of coffee at 6 AM.
What really sold me on the place was how they've thought through the little things that actually matter when you're living somewhere temporarily. The Wi-Fi doesn't mysteriously cut out every twenty minutes, the shower has proper water pressure, and – this might sound weird but hear me out – the lighting is actually functional. You can read without squinting, which is apparently too much to ask at some places. The neighborhood's got a good energy to it too, not too touristy but not completely off the beaten path either. I found myself walking to grab groceries or just wandering around without feeling like I needed to constantly check my phone for directions. Parking wasn't the nightmare I'd braced myself for, though I'd still recommend checking with them about spots if you're driving in. The 8.5 rating makes total sense once you've stayed there – it's not trying to be the fanciest place in town, but it delivers on what it promises without any unpleasant surprises. Perfect for business trips when you need space to spread out, or longer stays when you want to feel somewhat human instead of like you're camping in a closet-sized room for weeks on end.

Everything was really nice. At first room was quit cold but after turning on heater it get much better. Location was perfect and everything was really close. Room was big.
excellent location, fresh and modern renovation
It was really modern and clean. Quite up to date. Spacious and really impressive. Loved everything about it. Was very central to everything. Everything was password protected so no worries about a key. Very quiet there, double windows so I was next to the street but heard nothing. Really cozy place, was extremely past my expectations. Loved it!
The location is great!
