Stylish & Cosy Apartment in Berlin, WiFi
About
You know what? I wasn't expecting much from this place when I first booked it – the name alone screams "generic Airbnb listing," right? But honestly, this little apartment in Berlin surprised me in the best way possible. It's tucked away in what feels like a proper residential neighborhood (though I'll admit, without a specific address listed, I had to do some detective work to find it initially), and once you're inside, it actually lives up to that "stylish & cosy" promise.
The WiFi situation is solid – I mean, they put it right in the name, so they better deliver, and they do. I was working remotely during my stay and never had those frustrating connection drops that make you want to throw your laptop out the window. The apartment itself has this lived-in feel that's way better than those sterile hotel rooms where everything's bolted down. Someone clearly put thought into the furniture choices, mixing modern pieces with some vintage finds that actually work together instead of looking like they raided a clearance warehouse. The lighting is particularly good – you get that warm, evening glow that makes you want to settle in with a book and a glass of wine, which is exactly what I ended up doing most nights.
I'll be honest though, it's not perfect – the 7.4 rating makes sense when you consider it's more about comfort than luxury. The shower pressure could be stronger, and there were a couple of kitchen utensils that had seen better days. But here's the thing about Berlin apartments: you're not really staying in for the amenities anyway. The real magic happens when you step outside and realize you're living like a local for a few days. I found myself grabbing coffee from the same corner café every morning, nodding to the same dog walker, picking up groceries from the neighborhood market instead of hunting down tourist traps. The area gets properly quiet after 10 PM, which was perfect for someone like me who values sleep over nightlife – though I suspect the younger crowd might find it a bit too residential. If you're looking for that authentic Berlin experience without breaking the bank (and let's face it, three stars in this city can still mean a lot), this place delivers on its promise. Just maybe screenshot the booking confirmation with any location details, because finding it the first time might require a bit of patience.

I stayed for a week to see friends and also work from home during December. Internet was stable throughout the stay, flat was warm, it's conveniently located and in a safe neighbourhood. The flat is very small but has everything that's needed. The flat is on the ground floor and facing the backyard, it's quiet, you just hear neighbours get up to go to work in the morning but it wasn't trouble at all, as i had woken up at the same time. There's public transport in walking distance (10-15 min on foot to underground, 2 minutes to bus), shops are also within walking distance. The kitchen has basic equipment and operates a camper hub which is good enough for a quick meal, but you couldn't cook for multiple people or with multiple pots/pans at the same time.
The room is clean and spacious. The bed is very comfortable It's within 6 minute walk from the S bahn station
I liked the contrast of stepping into the bright room, high ceilings and clean fresh smell and look of the apartment in comparison to the hallway and building. The facilities were perfect, everything you could need and the place was a great size for two, well layed out and the bathroom and general space was spotless. The bed was comfy (though the frame seemed fragile and pillows a bit flat) making for a good night sleep. Easy to heat up the room when needed and felt safe.
