Apartments Rosenthal Residence
About
You know what really struck me about Apartments Rosenthal Residence? It's one of those places that somehow manages to feel both luxurious and completely livable at the same time. I mean, sure, it's got that 5-star polish you'd expect, but there's something refreshingly unpretentious about the whole setup that I honestly wasn't anticipating.
The apartments themselves are seriously well thought out – and I say this as someone who's stayed in way too many places where the kitchen is basically decorative. Here, you've actually got counter space to work with, decent-sized appliances, and enough dishes that you don't have to wash everything between meals (trust me, this matters more than you think when you're staying somewhere for more than a couple nights). The living areas have this nice balance where they're spacious enough that you don't feel cramped, but not so huge that they feel cold or impersonal. Actually, the whole vibe reminded me a bit of staying at a really well-appointed friend's place – if your friend happened to have excellent taste and a serious cleaning service.
What really won me over, though, was how quiet everything was. I'm talking proper quiet, not just "well, it's not terrible" hotel quiet. The walls are clearly built right, and even when I could tell the neighboring apartments were occupied, I barely heard anything. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward too – none of that overly choreographed hotel lobby dance, just efficient people who clearly knew what they were doing. The whole operation feels like it's been running smoothly for years, which honestly is such a relief after dealing with places that are still figuring out their systems. And here's the thing about that 9.0 rating – it actually feels earned rather than inflated. You can usually tell when a place is gaming their reviews or when the standards were just set too low, but this spot genuinely delivers on what it promises. The attention to detail shows up in weird little ways, like having enough outlets where you actually need them, proper blackout capabilities in the bedrooms, and bathrooms with enough shelf space for your stuff. I mean, these sound like basic things, but you'd be amazed how many places get this wrong.

Location
Everying about this property and location was amazing! Communication before we arrived was prompt and friendly. Our room was ready when we arrived just after 2pm and so we were able to check in early without a surcharge. The three bedroom apartment was great for our family of five - very spacious and comfotable. Beds were comfy, pillows amazing compared to some other expereinces we have had and despite other reviews, we didn't find it that noisy. Really nice products in the bathroom as well. The location is excellent - very easy to access Berlin Hbf by bus and tram, walking distance to Hackescher Markt, U Bahn and trams on the doorstep, many cafes, restaurants etc very close by. We love this area of Berlin and will definitely return to stay here again. Internet is fast and reliable.
Good location, big and bright apartment, fully equiped.
Great location, restaurants and coffee and trams, supermarkets and laundry all at your doorstep. Fresh donuts for NYE treat, attentive staff, spacious rooms.
