The 8.4 rating makes perfect sense to me – it's not quite perfect (the spa, while nice, isn't anything revolutionary, and room service can be a bit slow during peak times), but it delivers on what matters most. The restaurant downstairs serves this fantastic modern German cuisine that doesn't feel like it's trying too hard, and the bar has become one of my go-to spots when I'm in town. There's something about the whole experience that feels both polished and genuine, which is honestly rare in five-star hotels these days.
