Arbio I Cozy apartment near Ku’damm with parking
About
You know what? I wasn't expecting much from Arbio I when I first walked up – honestly, the name doesn't exactly scream luxury – but this little apartment turned out to be one of those pleasant surprises that makes you feel like you actually know Berlin after staying there. It's tucked away just close enough to Ku'damm that you can walk to all the main shopping and restaurants, but far enough that you're not dealing with the constant tourist chaos and street noise that comes with being right on top of everything.
The apartment itself has that cozy, lived-in feel that's way better than those sterile hotel rooms where everything's beige and bolted down. I mean, it's definitely got that slightly worn-around-the-edges vibe that comes with a 3-star place, but in a good way – like staying at a friend's apartment rather than some corporate chain. The best part (and honestly, this is huge if you're driving in Berlin) is that parking spot they mention. I cannot stress enough how much of a game-changer this is in this part of the city, where finding street parking is basically a blood sport and garage fees will make you weep. The kitchen's actually functional too – not just one of those sad little setups with a mini-fridge and a prayer, but somewhere you can make real breakfast if you're trying to save some euros or just miss having coffee that doesn't cost five bucks.
What really sold me on the place was how it sits in the neighborhood. You're close enough to stumble home from the bars around Savignyplatz (which, trust me, you'll want to explore), but you can also walk to some of the quieter streets where actual Berliners live and shop. The 7.8 rating makes sense – it's not going to blow your mind, but it delivers on what it promises without any nasty surprises. I actually ended up extending my stay an extra two days because, well, why deal with the hassle of moving when you've got a good thing going? The whole setup just works, especially if you're the type of traveler who wants a home base rather than a fancy lobby you'll never use.

Everything was so perfect, the apartment is in the best location and generally the apartment itself is just organized so that you would be comfortable!!
Nice apartment in a nice part of Berlin, K-Dam and many restaurants near by. The apartment has all for maximum of two persons or 2 with one kid. Though it is in the city center, at evening and night it is quiet. The near by S-Bahn doesn't give much noise. When available I will definitely book this when returning to Berlin.
The apartment was clean and comfortable. The location is perfect for whoever is interested in the TU Berlin and the neighborhood is full of restorans.
The location was perfect. Central and miriads of restaurants in the close proximity. A free parking place was definitely a bonus. The kitchen was very well equipped and there was even free coffee as addition to the cofee maker (which is not always a standard). The bathroom was new and pretty.:-) Communication with the owner was perfect!
Great location, with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. What I really appreciated was the fact that even though the flat is very close to a big street, the quality of soundproofing was enough for us to sleep like babies :) Also, since we traveled during peak summer temperatures, we were a bit nervous about no AC in the flat. No need to worry, it turned out - the building is extremely well insulated and we didn't even need to use the fans. I travel quite a lot and I've slept in many different apartments, and this one had everything we needed for a comfortable everyday living. The parking spot was also a huge convenience. Also, I really liked the Notion page prepared by the host that covered all the necessary and useful info about the flat and about our stay. Constantin, kudos for that!
Perfect place with all the facilities you need. Close to shops, public transport and lots of nice restaurants. The private parking is perfect. Within minutes you can be in the city center and other places you like to visit (public transport in Berlin is perfect). The owner is very friendly and helpful.
Well decorated, clean and comfortable apartment. Good shower and nice photos in the bathroom.
great location and facilities
