Arbio I Parlamento Rooms near Schonhauser Allee
About
You know what struck me first about Arbio I Parlamento? It's tucked away on Greifenhagener Strasse in a way that feels deliberate – like they picked this spot because they actually know Berlin, not just because the rent was cheap. I mean, you're basically a five-minute walk from Schönhauser Allee, which honestly is one of those streets that locals love but tourists somehow miss. The whole Pankow area has this lived-in vibe that's way more authentic than Mitte's tourist circus, and this place gets that.
The building itself has that solid Berlin apartment block feel – you know, the kind with thick walls that actually keep sound out (thank god, because some of these boutique places have paper-thin walls that make you hear every conversation in the hallway). Walking in, there's this understated thing going on that I really appreciated. Not trying too hard to be hip, not drowning you in "design elements," just clean and thoughtful. The rooms are what you'd call properly sized for a European city – not huge, but they've used the space smartly. Actually, the bed was one of those surprisingly comfortable ones where you wake up and think "huh, I slept really well" instead of counting the ways your back hurts.
What really sells this place though is how it sits in the neighborhood. You've got proper cafes within a block or two – I'm talking about places where Berliners actually get their morning coffee, not tourist traps with English menus. There's this whole stretch of Schönhauser that comes alive in the evening, and you can just wander over without planning anything. The S-Bahn connection is honestly better than a lot of more central places I've stayed – you're not fighting crowds to get anywhere, but you can still hit Alexanderplatz or Friedrichshain without any hassle. Parking's actually doable around here too, which anyone who's driven in Berlin will tell you is basically a miracle. The staff seemed to know their stuff about getting around, which always makes me trust a place more. Look, it's not going to blow your mind with luxury touches or anything, but that 7.6 rating feels about right – it's the kind of place where everything just works the way it should, and you end up feeling like you picked well instead of just got lucky.

Very good
Amazing location next to the subway and a ring train, really easy to get anywhere in the city. The area is calm yet not dead with a number of local restaurants and bars in the walking distance. Property stuff is great at communication and answered all our questions almost instantly. Great stay!
We'd definitely come back!
Location is fantastic, with easy access to public transport. You get quickly into the city centre. Plenty of reasonably priced restaurants close by. And some very interesting bars!!!!
Replace the wardrobe in the room, which took up a load of space and which we didn't use, with something more practical like a shelf. And put up hooks in the bathroom for hanging up towels.
Very good

The room was not very big but at that price it was expected so all good.
Comfortable stay
It was comfortable and clean, close to the S bahn. A lot of restaurants and caffès close by.
In the 3 days we stayed the garbage was not picked up. Not a big problem, but it was something i noticed.
Perfect.
The room was very big, cozy and nicely decorated. It had enough sunlight. The beds were comfy too.
The only thing I didnt like is that it has no iron, but that’s not a big deal.
