You know what surprised me most about Fewo Berlin Tempelhof? How quiet it actually is for being right in the middle of everything. I mean, Braunfelsstraße isn't exactly a main drag, but you're still in Tempelhof-Schöneberg – and honestly, I was expecting way more street noise than what I got. The apartment-style setup means you're not dealing with hotel hallway chatter either, which was perfect after long days wandering around the city.
The whole place has this lived-in feeling that I really appreciated – not sterile like those cookie-cutter business hotels, but not trying too hard to be quirky either. The kitchen actually works (shocking, I know), and they stock it with decent basics so you can grab groceries from the Rewe down the street and make proper coffee in the morning. Speaking of location, you're basically a ten-minute walk from Tempelhof Field, which – if you haven't been – is this massive former airport that's now a park where Berliners go to kite surf and grill bratwurst. It's genuinely cool, especially on weekends when the whole neighborhood comes alive.
What really sold me though was how the staff handled things. Check-in was straightforward, no hovering or overselling amenities I didn't need. They gave me actual neighborhood tips too – not just the tourist stuff, but where to get the best döner (Mustafa's is overrated, fight me) and which U-Bahn entrance to use during rush hour. The 9.3 rating makes total sense when you consider you're getting four-star comfort without the four-star attitude. Sure, the building itself isn't Instagram-pretty – it's got that practical German apartment block vibe – but everything works, it's clean, and honestly? After a day of sightseeing, that matters way more than marble lobbies. The area gets busy during summer evenings when everyone's heading to the park, but it settles down pretty quickly. I'd definitely stay here again, especially if I wanted to feel less like a tourist and more like I was actually living in Berlin for a few days.

Clena and quite place. The beds were confortables. Terraze was good and the host very friendly and responsive.
The location. Is almost 1 hour away from the city center by public transport. The good thing is that there is a but stop nearby.
Great base for exploring Berlin. Private in good neighborhood.
Spacious. Good access to transit and grocery shopping. Very quiet. Friendly hosts. Beautiful deck out back. Historic significance as it had adjoined the East German wall.
Great out of town apartment.
Great apartment , great facilities. Near supermarkets , a restaurant and bus route to the s-bahn in one direction and a u-bahn in the other so easy to get into Berlin center in about 45 mins. Obviously a bit out of town but we realised that when we booked it.
The pillows werent the best. Could have done with extras.That's it

Clean, nice location outside the city, we liked this residential area. 3 min. to bus stop, goes every 10 min. during work days and 20 min. on weekend. The you have S train connection to the center if needed. The hosts were responsive, really nice, we got message in our own language. Good kitchen, living room, clean bathroom. Supermarkets 5-10 min., one pizzeria 5 min. walk another good place in extra 500 m. distance. We found some welcome surprise, which made us feel really welcomed. You can find free parking place on the street. Probably we would go for this place if there is a chance.
Maybe beds for kids could be more comfy.

Schöne Ferienwohnung am Stadtrand
Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Grenze zu Brandenburg an einem Wald. Somit kommt man hier etwas aus dem Stadtgetummel raus und kann sich entspannen. Auf dem Balkon, mit Sicht auf den Wald, ist es richtig schön und man fühlt sich eher wie auf dem Land als in der Stadt. Die Wohnung ist überwiegend gut ausgestattet. Die Betten waren bequem und alles war wirklich super sauber. Die Wohnung liegt etwas außerhalb (eine Stunde bis Mitte mit den Öffis) das sollte einem bewusst sein. Wir kamen damit aber sehr gut klar und uns hat das U/S Bahn und Bus fahren total gefallen, so hat man noch viel mehr von Berlin gesehen. Wir würden die Wohnung wieder buchen!
Bloß ein paar Dinge die wir uns gewünscht hätten: Ein paar mehr Gewürze zur Auswahl und Öl (dies für ein paar Tage selbst zu kaufen und dann eventuell weg zu schmeißen ist zu schade) Ein Geschirrspüler wäre außerdem eine Erleichterung im Urlaub Ansonsten gab es wirklich nichts zu beanstanden

Schön, sauber und modern gestaltete Ferienwohnung. Sehr ruhige Lage und Balkon zum Entspannen nach anstrengenden Tagen. Freundliche Gastgeber und Parkplatz fast vor der Tür.
Die Lage war uns etwas weit vom Zentrum; mit Öffis haben wir etwa eine Stunde gebraucht. Es gab aber sehr viele Möglichkeiten, so dass man gut überall hin kam, ohne lange auf den Anschluss warten zu müssen.

Wir waren für ein Familienevent in Berlin und waren total dankbar,im Anschluss an unsere Erlebnisse in diese wundervolle, gemütlich eingerichtete Wohnung einzukehren. Wir konnten uns jenseits der Großstadt total entspannen und trotzdem relativ schnell dort sein. Es war rundum perfekt und nach anderen Erfahrungen war die Wohnung inclusive Bettwäsche und Handtüchern sehr komfortabel ausgestattet. Wir bedanken uns recht herzlich👍😊 Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich!
