The neighborhood gets pretty quiet at night, which was perfect for sleeping, but if you're looking for nightlife, you'll want to head toward Hackescher Markt or stick around Kreuzberg proper. One small thing that bugged me – the elevator is tiny and slow, so if you're on a higher floor with heavy luggage, just factor in an extra few minutes. But honestly, for an 8.1 rating and the location you're getting, that's pretty minor. This place just works, you know?
