ipartment Berlin Kurfürstendamm
About
Look, I'll be honest – when I first heard "ipartment," I figured it was just another generic aparthotel trying to sound trendy. But this place on Kurfürstendamm actually gets it right in ways that surprised me. You know what struck me first? The lobby doesn't try too hard. It's clean, modern, but not sterile – sort of like staying at your well-traveled friend's place if they happened to have excellent taste and a decent budget.
The location is where this place really shines, and I mean that in the most practical way possible. You're literally on Ku'damm (that's what locals call Kurfürstendamm, and honestly, you should too if you don't want to sound like a complete tourist). Step outside and you've got the Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church about a five-minute walk – you know, the bombed-out church they kept as a war memorial. But more importantly for daily life, there's a Rewe supermarket practically next door, which saved me from those ridiculous hotel minibar prices. The U-Bahn stops at Kurfürstendamm and Uhlandstraße are both walkable, so getting around Berlin becomes actually convenient instead of that tourist struggle of figuring out transit every single time.
What I really appreciated – and this might sound weird – is how quiet it gets at night despite being on such a major street. The windows actually work, which isn't always a given in Berlin hotels, trust me. The apartments themselves feel like someone's actual home rather than a hotel room cosplaying as an apartment. The kitchenette isn't just for show; I actually cooked breakfast a few times using the full-size fridge and proper cookware. The Wi-Fi is solid (I worked from there a couple mornings), and the shower pressure is surprisingly good – honestly better than my last two Berlin hotel experiences combined.
Check-in was refreshingly straightforward, no weird key card malfunctions or confusing explanations about amenities I'd never use. The staff seemed to actually know the neighborhood when I asked about late-night food options, pointing me toward this Turkish place on Kantstraße that turned out to be perfect. That 8.7 rating makes complete sense once you've stayed there – it's not trying to be the fanciest place in Berlin, but it nails the things that matter when you're actually living somewhere for a few days. I mean, three stars might not sound impressive, but sometimes you just want a place that works well without the pretense. Plus, being on Ku'damm means you're in the thick of things without paying Mitte prices, and honestly, that's a pretty sweet spot for exploring Berlin.

Fantastic apartment!!! :) I enjoyed my stay very much! The place was so clean, comfortable, warm and quite. It was equipped with everything I needed and more! would definitely come back in my next trip to Berlin!
Everything went as expected. The apartment was easy to find and was easy to access. Overall it was a super nice expirience as the neighberhood where the apartment is situated is really nice and quiet.
Perfect location. Nice apartment. Love the old/new

Good location , lovely rooms and lounge area , kitchen should you wish to cook
Beautifully decorated apartment with nice extras for the kitchen and bath. The shower is a dream! Quiet, spotless and comfortable.
Great location. Beautifully decorated with high ceilings. Carefully thought out amenities. Very good coffee. Brilliant shower.
Here for 6 weeks and had a wonderful stay - pefect for digital nomads. It's a spotlessly clean apartment, with high-quality finishes. Tonnes of gorgeous light and enough space for two people to do yoga. It's a really good location too (quite a few S and U bahn stations close by). Fully serviced so it was wonderful to get a clean and new sheets and towels every week. I was under the impression that we'd have to work from the room but there's a really nice communal workspace in the building which was fantastic.
The location is exceptional. The cleaning and housekeeping staff was excellent. The common space with the laundry and other amenities was very convenient.
