Massagesessel, King-Sized Bed, Billardtisch, 2 Couches
About
First Impressions
Walking into Massagesessel, King-Sized Bed, Billardtisch, 2 Couches feels more like entering a friend's incredibly well-equipped apartment than a typical hotel. The name pretty much tells you everything — there's literally a massage chair, a pool table, and yes, two full couches in this three-star place. I mean, when was the last time you stayed somewhere that put the billiards table right in the name? The ground floor location with direct street access makes it super easy to come and go, which honestly saved me from awkward elevator small talk more than once.
The Neukölln Experience
You're staying in Berlin's Neukölln district, and I have to say — this area has really grown on me over the years. Schillerpromenade isn't the touristy part of town, but that's actually what makes it interesting. There are authentic Turkish bakeries within walking distance, and the whole neighborhood has this lived-in feel that you just don't get in Mitte. The parking situation here is genuinely fantastic — free street parking in Berlin is like finding a unicorn, so that alone makes this place worth considering if you're driving.
Living Space Setup
The room setup is honestly pretty unique. That king-sized bed dominates the space, but somehow they've managed to fit in those two couches without making everything feel cramped. The massage chair — well, it's not some fancy spa-grade thing, but after walking around Berlin all day, it definitely does the job. And that pool table? It's a real conversation starter if you're traveling with someone. I spent way too much time playing terrible billiards instead of exploring the city, but no regrets there.
Practical Considerations
The ground floor access thing is more convenient than you'd think — especially when you're hauling luggage or coming back late from Berlin's nightlife scene. The street-level entrance means you're not dealing with narrow staircases or tiny elevators, which is refreshing. The whole setup feels more like a short-term rental than a traditional hotel, so don't expect daily housekeeping or a front desk. But honestly, that independence is part of the appeal — you get your own space without the hotel formalities.
Why Guests Love It
Couples seem to really dig this place, and I can see why. There's something intimate about having your own little Berlin hideaway with actual entertainment built right in. The massage chair becomes this weird romantic thing — taking turns unwinding after exploring the city together. Plus, Neukölln has some great date spots if you know where to look. The whole experience feels more authentic than staying in some generic hotel near Brandenburg Gate. You're living like a local, even if it's just for a few nights, and that massage chair waiting for you at the end of each day? Pure genius.

The place was really clean, spacious and beautiful! The location was nice because there is surrounded by a park, cafes, bakeries, döner and more. Also smalls details as mineral water, wine, coffee and tea were there for us. The massage coach and futbolito was nice too.
The apartment was spacious, parking was possible nearby. The massage chair and other games were a nice bonus. The bedroom was quiet and we had a good sleep! Communication with the owners was pleasant. The whole place was clean when we arrived and the wifi worked well during our stay. There are little shops and cafes and bars nearby.
The apartment
Great apartment in amazing location
The location is good. You can reach the city center and the airport in a fairly reasonable time using public transport, in less than one hour.
The apartment was very nice, especially the soccer table and the massage chair included in the apartment. They were well appreciated after long days around Berlin. Also the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed.
Location is great if you'd like to explore Neukõlln. The apartment is modern with up to date amenities, everything was clean, the wifi worked well and there is a nice massage chair + a table tennis table in the apartment that can be fun as well. Plenty of bars, restaurants and shops around the apartment to explore but it's not a super busy area in terms of nightlife, feels very 'local' compared to areas like Mitte, Prenzlauerberg or Friedrichshain. Hosts were also friendly and responsive to questions I had. One thing that wasn't entirely clear to me (my fault for not looking at the listing in more detail) is the fact that this apartment is on the ground floor, which was a nice bonus!
We are thrilled to have found this site. It's perfect for families or friends. Everything is clean, the kitchen is great, the check-in system is very straightforward, they have a massage chair and a foosball table. Small details that make you feel good. We noticed that there were many things completely new, in fact, the sheets were brand new. It's been a pleasure. The location is excellent and it's quite easy to park. A perfect value for money ratio.
The owners/property managers were very friendly.
