Numa Berlin Savi
About
You know what caught me off guard about Numa Berlin Savi? Walking up to this sleek building on Kantstraße, I honestly wasn't expecting much – I mean, it's tucked between some pretty ordinary storefronts in Charlottenburg. But stepping inside, there's this immediate sense that someone actually thought about design here. The lobby has this minimalist thing going on that doesn't feel cold or sterile (which, let's be real, a lot of Berlin hotels manage to mess up).
The location is actually pretty genius once you figure out the neighborhood. You're literally a three-minute walk to Uhlandstraße U-Bahn station, which I didn't realize until my second day there – but once I did, getting around became ridiculously easy. What I really loved was being able to walk down to Savignyplatz in the evenings. There's this whole little scene around there with wine bars and restaurants that tourists don't really know about, and you'll find yourself rubbing shoulders with locals who've been coming to the same spots for years. The Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church is close enough for sightseeing, but far enough that you're not dealing with tour groups stumbling past your hotel at all hours.
The rooms themselves – well, they're doing this whole tech-forward thing where you control everything through an app, which sounds gimmicky but actually works pretty well. I was skeptical about the keyless entry at first (what happens when your phone dies, right?), but they've thought that through. The beds are seriously comfortable, and the sound insulation is better than you'd expect for Berlin – I could barely hear the street noise, even though Kantstraße can get busy during the day. One thing that impressed me was the attention to lighting; there are actually enough outlets near the bed, and the workspace setup doesn't feel like an afterthought. Honestly, after staying in too many European hotels where you're choosing between charging your phone or having decent light to read by, these details matter.
I mean, it's not perfect – the breakfast situation is pretty minimal, and if you're someone who needs a full-service front desk experience, this might feel a bit too streamlined. But for the price point and that 8.6 rating it's pulling, I get it. The whole vibe feels more like a really well-designed apartment than a traditional hotel, which works especially well in Berlin where everything's a bit more laid-back anyway. Plus, being in Charlottenburg means you're in one of those neighborhoods that still feels authentically Berlin without being too gritty or too touristy – sort of that sweet spot where you can grab amazing döner at 2 AM or find a proper Sunday brunch spot without trying too hard.

It was a nice and short stay for me. I really like the design by and furnitures on the room.
The location was convenient. The interior design of the room was modern and minimalist. The check-in checkout was very easy. You receive updates very clearly. And they have working AC 😊 it’s really important esp on Summer. They also have a personalized welcome note.

None
Quiet, clean, comfortable, easy going
Clean, simple, self check-in, good water pressure for shower, good location, loved the downstairs cafe.
Did not like the automatic lights in the bathroom. Horrible when I got up in the night to use the toilet. If I’m in toilet too long the lights would turn off. Found very annoying and unpleasant.
An absolutely perfect stay
It was an excellent stay with great facilities, especially considering the price. The building also had a café and a breakfast area, and the basement included not only luggage storage but also laundry facilities, which was very convenient.
