The neighborhood has this residential vibe with proper cafes where locals actually go, not just tourist traps. There's this Turkish bakery around the corner that does incredible börek in the mornings, and the evening crowd at the wine bar down the street feels refreshingly normal. What I really appreciated was how quiet it gets at night – Akazienallee doesn't get the party traffic, so you actually sleep well.
