Trendy Apartments
About
You know what? Trendy Apartments really caught me off guard – in the best way possible. I'll be honest, when I first booked this place, I was expecting some cookie-cutter extended stay situation with that generic apartment-hotel vibe, but it's actually got this surprisingly authentic residential feel that most places try way too hard to achieve.
The thing that struck me right away was how quiet it gets at night. I mean, you're still in the city so there's the usual urban soundtrack, but inside these units, it's genuinely peaceful. The walls are thick enough that I never heard neighbors (always a gamble with apartment-style accommodations), and the windows actually seal properly – something you don't realize you appreciate until you've stayed in places where they don't. The apartments themselves feel like someone's actual home rather than a sterile hotel room trying to cosplay as an apartment. There's real kitchen equipment that works, not just the sad mini-fridge and broken coffee maker combo you usually get. I actually cooked a few meals, which honestly saved me a ton of money and felt pretty normal after a few days of eating out.
What really sold me on this place was the little details that show someone's paying attention. Fresh towels that don't feel like sandpaper, decent water pressure (seriously underrated), and – this might sound weird – but the lighting is actually comfortable. You can read without squinting or feeling like you're in an interrogation room. The check-in process was refreshingly straightforward too, none of that overly complicated key-card-plus-app-plus-blood-sample nonsense some places put you through these days. The staff seems to know their stuff without being pushy about it, which I appreciate. They pointed out a few local spots that weren't the obvious tourist traps, and their recommendations were actually solid. Look, it's not trying to be some luxury experience – it's a solid 3-star place with an 8.0 rating that honestly feels about right. Maybe even a little modest. The value proposition is really strong here, especially if you're planning to stay more than just a night or two. You get the space and functionality you need without paying for a bunch of amenities you'll never use. Sometimes that's exactly what you want – a comfortable, unpretentious place that just works well and lets you focus on whatever brought you to town in the first place.

The staff was very kind. We asked the owner if he/she could allow us to check in early because of my family health condition and is allowed for free for 2 hours earlier. The location was really good to access the bus as well as to the train station. The street had everything we needed. Pharmacy, grossery shops, fashion shops and restaurants, and turkish fast foods.
Very spacious. Full kitchen with utensils. Great views. Washing machine. Good communication with the host. Lift in working condition.
The accommodation is totally okay. The apartment is well-equipped with kitchenware.
Very clean and easy to find. Had shops and a station very nearby

The location was great. Close to the public transit making it very easy to reach all of Berlin. The host was also great in communication. They're very nice and had some good recommendations.
Nice clean and comfortable room with good access to a bar across the road. Perfect for 4 people sharing, 4 proper single beds that were very comfortable. Had a well stocked little kitchen with all the pots and pans that you'd need. Great large windows that provide plenty of ventilation. Checking in worked really well and even allowed us to check in early. Keyless entry was ideal for staying with multiple people.
Communication with host was very good. Sirdin was very responsive to any questions I had. The apartment is clean, nicely decorated and has a well equipped kitchenette. Bus stations are right in front of the building and an S-Bahn station is at a 5 minute walking distance.
Clean room, lots of amenities and cooking utensils, and nice view
The location of the apartment is effective, the check-in/out is flawless and the communication with the host and their availability is just great. The tiny apartment is functional, although we didn't use the facilities much apart from the beds and the bathroom.
